General Terms + Conditions 

Rebel Unlit is a small company. All of our screen printed products are printed by hand and in short runs. Due to the nature of screen printing there may sometimes be slight variations between prints.

Contract:

Purchase is contracted upon Rebel Unlit receiving the customer’s
request. Rebel Unlit accepts a request by verbal or written agreement or by
simple delivery of purchased pieces. Colours, sizes and styes differing from those displayed on our web page can be purchased upon special request.

Personal Data Storage:

Data necessary for the processing of your purchase will be stored but will not be passed on to other companies. Any personal data will be treated confidentially.

Delivery Time:

We aim to dispatch within 7 working days upon receipt of payment.

Withdrawal:

If the purchase contract has exclusively been closed by means of communication, the client is entitled to make use of §13 BGB (German Consumer Law) and withdraw from the contract. The mentioned withdrawal needs to be posed within two weeks after receiving the
merchandise either in writing, via Email to shop(at)rebelunlit.com or by phone to 01522 7729138.

Returns:

Customers are not entitled to be refunded the whole amount of the
purchase price if the value of the merchandise has been impeded either by
customers having used the merchandise for any purpose exceeding a simple
trying it on or having damaged the merchandise or for any other reason
making a further sale of the merchandise impossible.

 

Custom Print Terms + Conditions 

 

Delivery Time:

– Textile printing orders of up to 300 items require typically 8-10 working days [larger orders may require more time].

– For all works on paper or packaging, please allow 3-4 weeks.

However, we cannot be held responsible for delays in the postal service.

Payment:

Payment is due in full when placing a custom print order.

Promotion:

We are proud of the work that we print and like to share images of custom print jobs on our website and social media accounts.

The client agrees that Rebel Unlit may use images of custom printed material for the purposes of promotion.

If you do not want us to share images of your work or would rather we wait until after a particular event just let us know when you place your order.

If you have a particular event that you would like to promote let us know and we will share the details with your work.

Withdrawal:

It is possible to cancel an order if preparations for printing have not yet begun. However, it isn’t possible to withdraw an order once we have started to print it.

Returns:

We always do our utmost to prevent any errors however, due to the nature of the screen printing process there may sometimes be slight variations between prints.

As each custom printed Rebel Unlit product is printed to order we cannot offer returns unless:

–the product does not match your order

–the product received is faulty or damaged

–the product is mis-printed

If you feel that your order is affected by any of the above mentioned issues send us an email outlining your complaint along with photographs and invoice number to printing(at)rebelunlit.com within 24 hours of delivery in order for us to deal with the issue.

If the problem relates to a production issue at Rebel Unlit then a re-print of the goods will be offered.
